To get started mix together the agar agar and coconut water in a pot. Mix it until the agar-agar is completely dissolved and heat on medium flame. Stir well so that everything mixes all together really nicely.
Then add the sugar and mix until it dissolves in the batter If you are using a food coloring (make some colorful jelly) phase, this is the only step for it.
Now, transfer the mixture to a Mold/container. Allow it to cool at room temperature initially, Then, pop it in the fridge for a good couple of hours to harden.
